I am a vegetarian.<br /><br />

I hardly ever eat hot food, most of the things I eat are raw or fresh. Fruit are consumed in halves, yogurts are frozen in the container so I eat them slower. Eggplant is my rice/meat/vegetable. I eat eggplant by cutting it thinly and baking it in the oven with magic salt sprinkled on top. This is only allowed once a week.<br /><br />

I basically follow the Russian Gymnast Diet, add more food choices, and then tweak it to a lower calorie count* ABC Diet.
(100 = 50, 200 = 75, 300 = 150, etc.)<br /><br />


Safe foods:

  • grapefruit
  • apple
  • pomegranate juice
  • eggplant
  • black coffee (zero-calorie hazelnut syrup)
  • green tea
  • lemon ginger tea
  • coke zero
  • ginger soup (my own recipe)
  • fat-free yogurt (half container per serv.)
  • blueberries/raspberries/blackberries (5 each)

I am addicted to laxatives.
I do coke, oxycodone, 2ci/2ce, rolls; a lot of things.
I smoke cigarettes. marlboro red’s.

<br /><br />

I never binge/purge.
I have a very strong gag reflex making it impossible to purge.
To solve this I get extremely fucking drunk to the point where there is nothing to do but puke my guts out.
When I want to binge I do coke or rolls to suppress my appetite.
The laaast fucking thing you want to do while rolling is eat. Trust me.
